B&Q Cardiff Culverhouse

Love b&q, for its vast range and helpful staff. If they don’t have it in stock it can be sent to the store of my Choice in one working day. An item I wanted was cheaper in b&q than amazon and that’s rare. Always free parking available.

A large store with lots of choice & everything you could need for your DIY project. Decor department was undergoing a refurb with a bigger paint mixing facility.
Large garden centre with plants & other outdoor items.

Got exactly what I needed,easy to park,,,helpful staff ,and easy to find what your looking for as there are huge signs hanging from the ceiling ,if you in the day time ,you might see the burger van parked outside too 😀

Staff friendly and helpful (directing to the right place) their knowledge is very good of what equipment would be required to do the Job. Good range of products but some prices are higher that other stores on certain products.

Simple enough B&Q - exactly as it says on the tin. Not that clean in-store but that’s to be expected. Prices are sometimes way expensive and sometimes pretty alright. Staff are fine.

Huge store full of everything you could ever want or need for any house, garden or building project! Easy click and collect but still need a person to assist with heavy or awkward loads which defeats the purpose of having peopleless pick up service!

At the moment it's one star,paid s a microwave of £99.99 on the 22 november.still waiting it's arrival,after calling them they said I had to go on market place as they sell for another company confused I was,after no response I have now been in contact with b&q again who are now supposed to be chasing it up.i should of asked someone to take me to get rather than all this stress wondering if it's going to arrive befor christmas ad it's a present for my daughter

Staff don't seem as helpful or knowledge as they use to be, but a good size and range of products
