Needed 3 off 1.8m x 1.8m fence panels . Price was acceptable until Delivery was discussed . £30 to deliver from my local store which is 2 miles from my house . Not acceptable . I queried this charge . Needless to say , I bought the 3 panels elsewhere . B&Q 's loss . Sort out your delivery charges .

I shop there regularly, they have a very good selection of food items, also items for pets and the home. I recently bought my paint for decorating my home, I thought the price was very reasonable.

The shop is well stocked and plenty of items available.
Main reason for 3* is because the staff member who dealt with me was not very helpful when I wanted to order doors. He told me to go home and order them online which would be easier than them doing an order for me. Don’t think il go back again.

No cash payments at till so have to wait to pay at returns behind people and they're problems. Slow and lengthy and very time consuming.

Good selection of many items but a lot of places cheaper for most things

Friendly staff, regular b and q products and prices. Easy parking and never that busy.

Staff are fantastic there helpful polite and go out of there way to help

Now they gave partnered with online suppliers you cannot rely on the website for items in store. Will be using Toolstation from now on.
