Previously told "no public toilets"
Today I was directed by a nice lady to a customer toilet, there's a baby changing room also.
It looks unused and is hiding behind a staff only door, probably to prevent you using it.

Good....ish local hardware store.....but shocking, almost 'automatic' increases in prices lately Some prices increasing for stock that has been in store for months. Just wrong. Shareholders must be happy though. Other stores are available locally, of course.

A very big but well laid out store. It was not too busy on my visit It was easy to navigate through the isles , when I needed assistance a member of staff helped me straight away. Would recommend you visit here.

Very standard B&Q in my view:
- Couldn’t find any staff for help.
- Didn’t have what I wanted in stock but thankfully there were alternatives on the shelf that did the same job.
I’d prefer to use a UK based DIY store as opposed to Amazon… but sometimes the choice as B&Q forces the hand.

Staff are so friendly and helpful here (when you find them). I love playing hide and seek! But I get it, we're all busy :).

Usually a last resort, but usually a reliable last resort. Had an issue a little while ago with a multipack deal of timber...that they had in stock but the straps were cut so wouldn't do it as a multipack. Staff knew what I meant I didn't want to buy singular at a much higher price when the website was showing they had the multipacks. Staff tried to explain to the manager or whatever that runs that department. Guy must have special needs or something said no. Nothing against people with special needs but maybe he doesn't suit the job. Maybe promote one of the staff and give him a brush or something to keep him busy.

Very good store. They have a pick n mix for screws. which no other b n q has. Great for restocking toolbox without buying huge boxes of screws. Had a few good discounts as well. When asking staff for directions, they have always been very helpful as well.
