A lot of GP’s get criticism heavily for what they do wrong and seldom do we comment on the things they do get right. Having experienced difficulties with a former GP, I moved to Iwade GP and they have been exceptional in every way. They are everything I expect from a GP and more. They provide clear and easy to understand information, they are reachable and they have a fantastic admin team that will call you back and proactively look to improve your appointment date if it’s several weeks ahead. Thank you Iwade GP, 5 stars 👍

Wow not used the new GP centre for two years . It has just changed over to new management. What a massive disappointment. .. Rang 8am on the dot . Waited 10 mins then got cut off. Rang again put through to press 1 for ring back did this. Got a text message 2 mins later saying they rang me twice ya course you did joke. .. Rang back told to go to walk in on sheppey and try get appointment. They can not get me an appointment with sheppey as not joined up with them .
This is the brave new world of NHS post covid. The local community health Authorities doing a sterling job giving contracts to yet again enupt private company as bad as the last one DMC. The incompetence is breathtaking on so many levels.
Well it only public money being wasted and people's health being put at risk. No change there then.

Phone to ask why I can't order my repeat prescription service, told it's down. Well it was ok before.
Ask for an appointment to see a GP, get told to call at 8am the following day. Or if I call at 10am tomorrow I can book an appointment for September!
Bring back Dr Collins.

Phoned up to make an appointment, do not make appointments unless you ring at 8am on the dot. Absolutely no point in having phones/reception, absolute let down and thanks for nothing.

Worst surgery ever. Avoid by any means necessary. I managed to get through at 8:10am and there was no appointments available. Do they have only 5 for the whole day? You can't see doctor. You are lucky if you get phone call from the nurse. After week of barely breathing they allow me to see doctor and instead of getting antibiotics I'm being offered honey and lemon??????? Is it doctor or 15 century shamen????

The covid pandemic has changed the state of the GPs state of the uk. Laziness and working from home. Patient care has gone completely out of the window. Other health care providers are being put under pressure because the lack of Some GPS doing their jobs. And the rule of up front office workers who seem to think there Doctors themselves. (No medical training at all)yes covid is still out there but medical centres get back to how it was in 2019. Face to face appointments remember front line staff are still out there facing our communities face to face.

It really is bad. Quite the worst GP experience I've ever had.

Bad under DMC, worse under MPA.

Honestly there is a reason why the reviews are so bad. The receptionists are stealing a living, they need to work in one of those places where you pay for them to be rude at you. The whole place is a disgrace.
