Very very very Rude staff, it took me 56 minutes to get hold of a receptionist just to hear my problem is not severe enough to get emergency appointments they are very insensitive , non cooperative and Robotic don't act with common sense. I have been suffering from past 3 weeks and I am trying to avoid all this hassle of surgery drama and taking over the counter medication.

If your looking for absolute third class service then this is the place for you! After waiting for over an hour on the phone I finally get to speak to a member of staff then they give me an appointment three weeks later which I turn up to and was only told at the reception that it no doctors available, and it was meant to be a telephone consultation. I was not told on the phone at all. Can you imagine how frustrating this situation can be?

Shockingly terrible service from this GP
Receptionist mainly the head receptionist Kieran has no professional customer service skills, empathy or telephone manners. Have been waiting for over a week for a simple sick note to give to my employer , and have to wait 3 weeks since my knee injury to get a TELEPHONE appointment. Calling every morning for an emergency appointment but by the time they pick up they say nothing available- Kieran told me “well then why is everyone else able to book an appointment”- looking at these reviews that seems very far from the truth. So glad I have now registered with a new GP - I recommend others to avoid this practice. My whole family including extended members have also previously been registered here and have left due to the appalling service.

If it were possible to give zero stars that is what this practice would get! Absolute ridiculous, you basically have to be on your death bed to get an appointment at this place. Easiest response from the receptionists "calll 111 please" what is the point of having a GP if the response will always be call 111. Lines are apparently always busy but you go into the practice and the receptionists are all there just ignoring the calls! Put in an e-consult as they recommend, no one calls back, again probably will have to say I'm on my death bed!

This Surgery is a complete disgrace, unable to make an appointment over the telephone, the Receptionists are rude and unhelpful, when you attend the surgery, they tell you to go home and ring up which is fine but getting through is an impossible task.
More chance of getting an appointment to meet the King much less a Doctor!! Utter disgrace to say the least!!!

I waited an hour to get through only to be told that my childs chest infection is not severe enough to get an on the day appointment, nor was I able to book any appointments for a later date as they weren't 'released' yet. Absolutely appalling service.

Impossible to get a appointment to see a GP after a weekend at the hospital.
Although I understand the NHS is under huge pressure, it doesn't justify how rude the reception desk lady was. She said she couldn't deal with me Infront of my wife and kids which was quite embarrassing for us. Asked to speak to a manager in view of a solution, waited an hour, nobody arrived to see me. When I chased the reception desk the same lady had not acted on my request. Apparently not the policy of the surgery for a manager to come see a patient to hear about our grievance. I would suggest you change this policy if true as a lot of complaints can be ironed out at this point. Eventually see Kuldip who at least dealt with my query professionally and efficiently.
Given a link to make a appointment which when I followed up a few days later, was advised I am about 2 weeks away to hear from the GP. Even obtaining a simple sick note to cover my absence is hard work. I have been advised I am unable to get until I see a GP, my hospital discharge letters have been handed in. If the GP are too busy to see the patients, at least get us the sick notes to cover us for work while we await a appointment. Asked for a manager to contact me with a view of a solution here but not heard back yet.
The doctors at this surgery are very professional when we see them so no complaints there I must point out.

This is indeed the worst practice in London. The practice manager has been on record to say she ignores complaints because no one has figured who really to complain to. I would strongly advise all the unhappy patients here to write to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who are the ones who pays money to this practice. They will then conduct an audit via contacting the patients randomly to listen to their complaints. The CQC are actively looking for incompetent GP practices to shut down and use the money saved to set up new ones with different owners. You can see from the replies from the owners and especially the nasty practice manager who are belittling the patients rather than apologizing. The practice manager is way too old and abusive and should be retired for starters. Please write to the CQC so a full investigation is launched against this nasty practice. A thought for techie guys, is there some sort of discreet body cameras that you can wear to video record the reception staff. This is should be legally permissible as its a NHS public property and also you can record what ever your eyes can see and your ears hear.
