The Nile Practice

Nile Practice is VILE. I cannot say how appalling the service has been. Your receptionists give the NHS a bad name. absolutely foul in how they speak to people. They should be ashamed. disgusting.

Having family who have worked in doctors practices from cleaners to nurses, I am aware of the pressures faced in a public serving role, as is anyone else who has worked in such a role, but it is no excuse to behave in this manner. Rude, unprofessional and clearly unable to speak to any member of the public.

The last two appointments I've had I could only get through calling 111, both were urgent, one being a bacterial infection. You either can't get through at all as lines are all busy, or all appointments are gone! Tried again this morning at 8am, lines all busy as usual. Vertigo from a virus over a year ago recently got worse, very scary but looks like I'm going to have to struggle on 🙄

Phoned today 11/10/2022 to get doctor's appointment at Hednesford surgery, only appointments available are in Cheslyn Hay but my doctors surgery or the one i am registered to is Hednesford why are there no appointments available at Hednesford, could only get a phone call appointment but the line was that bad i could not hear what the doctors was saying she mentioned a couple of referrals but for what i do not know.
So phoning for an appointment is a waste of time by the time you have heard all bumff at the start of your phone call and being re-directed to Hednesford by pressing No 1 you are NUMBER 10 in the cue how if you start at 8am?
