I cannot fault Earnswood medical, we've lived here for nearly four years, and my family and I always been met and cared for with such kindness. The doctors and nurses I've seen are outstanding seeing to my needs as they have occurred.

Hopeless trying to get through on the phone for an appointment. told to ring @ 08:00 for an appointment, its usually engaged or if your lucky to get through you get into a line of waiting calls around 15.or so. Before I get to speak to someone my phone cuts off after 20 mins wait. start again. Hopeless.

1oct no longer able to ring for prescriptions , its a disgrace ' what's the point of them being open, cant see Drs anymore unless you wait 4 weeks.so come winter/rain snow you have go to hand it a prescription. old people dont have access to internet

Eagle Bridge Pharmacy has some terrible desk staff I had to unfortunately speak to two very miserable and unfriendly women luckily the manager come out to help me and he was nice enough and got me my prescription, I suggest if you don’t enjoy your job get a new one in a different area of expertise.

I can't actually complain, I've never had trouble getting through for an appointment and the receptionists are friendly in my experience. And Dr spargo is ace! Can't be good all the time but their under so much pressure gotta cut them some slack

Extremely rude receptionists, and that's even if you get to actually speak to one as the phone line is always busy. You're never able to get an appointment, so when you do finally get through over the phone, they just advise you to ring again tomorrow or go A&E! This is why A&E is full of people that don't need to be there, when they could be treated at the Doctor's!

Really disapointing experiences with them and I am considering changes my doctors. The quality and professionalism of the nurses and doctors is fine. The problem is the reception. I can literally ring 15 times a day for 5 days straight without managing to get through. The online system is very basic and does not have a message system that you could leave a message and they could get back to you.

Called at Earnswood today and reception lady went above and beyond to assist. Very impressed.
