Dr P J Shelton - Millwood Surgery

The recent changes to how you book appointments are dreadful, web only however it does say you can phone, so I did. I was then told by reception that I was unable to book appointments by phone and that I had to use the web potal. When I told the receptionist that the web portal was dreadful and that I have degree in computer science I was told that that was an inappropriate thing to say. Inappropriate in what way it that inappropriate, am I experiencing the woke lunacy I here about from the snowflake generation? I'm seriously considering moving to another GP service even though I am more than satisfied with the medical treatment I am receiving. Hence the two star only rating, one off for the web interface, one off for the decision to have web only appointment booking and the final one of for the whoke receptionist.
