Doors Sincerely

I've ordered doors for my clients and the value and quality is good, but they're customer service is pathetic. Me and my client have been trying for a week to contact someone regarding the delivery date, and everytime we call the correct person isn't available and they never call you back, just keep asking us to leave a message.

This is the last time we'll be using this company.

Excellent service from start to finish. Would recommend the personal touch we were given by Keely she was patient and helpful throughout. The replacement doors and units she recommended are first class and have been fitted and look super, also delivery was prompt and on time, communication from delivery driver was excellent. We will use her again for kitchen update in the near future and definitely recommend to friends.

I bought a large L shaped wardrobe to be fitted. I have to thank Keeley for continued patience as I changed my mind frequently. Communication was excellent throughout. The product is very nice and looks high end once installed ( I had a very good installer). I had a misunderstanding about the depth of the cabinets and Keeley was very helpful in offering solutions. I would definitely recommend this company. My fitter used them again for a further job too. Thank you Keeley.

I ordered new doors to replace the ones in my kitchen. Visited the showroom in Croydon and was given all the time and advice that I needed in order to make the best choice for what I wanted, I actually changed m mind after being advised by the owner that another type of door would compliment better. Once the delivery came and the doors were installed I was very impressed with the finished product and compared to other larger names would definitely use Doors Sincerely again.

This company is an absolute joke when it comes to their customer service. The first lot of doors I ordered arrived 2 days earlier than I was told they would and it just so happened I was in. The second time I ordered the doors they weren’t delivered on the date I was told and after 3 days of calling the courier company (who were awful) they eventually arrived. I called doors sincerely 3 times and asked for someone to call me back and no one ever did. I did receive an email after I sent a scathing email to them. Only after I send a second email to explain I was going to leave a review did someone call me back. The doors are absolutely lovely and everyone comments on them in our house but the delivery was awful both times I ordered for them. Such a shame.

Ordered large bella style wardrobe doors for inbuilt wardrobes a few times now and there product is 5 star, sizes are perfectly made and colors are high quality. Made easy with pre drilled holes for hinges. Many thxs

I can’t praise Doors Sincerely enough! Every dealing with them has been excellent- helpful, friendly and efficient. Doors all arrived promptly and love the colours. Delighted with all the doors we have had.
