What a pleasure to deal with Todd Doors. Sales guys were friendly and informative. Well laid out St. Albans showroom. Following order, I was informed when delivery would be made and that I would get a call 30 minutes before delivery. And like clockwork, that is exactly what happened. How refreshing!!

I've just taken delivery of my doors and I feel compelled to write to express how impressed I am with all the staff at St. Albans and throughout the entire company.

No matter who I spoke to the level of customer service was consistently outstanding. All the staff were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful. The products were accurately picked and the delivery man was excellent .

I had a really good experience here. I was dealt with Sarah and she was very helpful in creating the quote I needed. This was my second visit to a Todd's door (first being in Northolt), so I knew what I wanted but she gave me all the information I needed and was knowledgeable with the questions asked. A tidy, clean store and I will deffo recommend checking out.

For the quality, I think it would be worth considering the price. It seems on the higher side but think about convenience and service.

We purchased 15 bespoke doors from Todd Doors. We found one door to be the wrong size when our carpenter was hanging and the company refused any goodwill in an exchange, citing that it was our fault for signing off on the initial delivery. I accept the blame for not measuring the 15 individual doors and trusting that TD would have provided accurate measurements, however, the door was indeed sent incorrectly and I would have expected some general goodwill from the company as I had already spent ~£5,000.

After accepting the fact that there would be no like-for-like exchange, I then inquired about buying a new door to complete the set. I was then told that the exact same door, which I ordered 6 months prior, has increased in price by 70%. Needless to say, we did not purchase the final door.

I've never left a review, but I felt compelled to state my disappointment.

Doors look great,staff was friendly aswell.
Only negative they dont fit and they recommended fitters asked 700 - 800£ to fit.And also if the door shrinks or anything else happens - no warranty!
Think before you buy unless you install them yourself and dont mind how ling it will last
