Very positive experience with Joe and team from Alpha Windows. We had a full set of replacement windows for our house. No hard sell, helpful advice and very patient as we decided on what we wanted. Fitting was done very well with minimal inconvenience and everything neat and tidy on departure. A couple of scratched units from the supplier (noticed during fitting) were re-ordered and replaced as quickly as possible. Thank you.

We were really happy with Alpha Windows. They did exactly what they said they were going to, with no surprises or complications. The quote was extremely competitive. They took time to discuss options with us and were thorough measuring up and anticipating problems. The fitters were extremely respectful of our home and did a good job clearing up at the end of each day. Furthermore, it was very easy to make contact with the office, despite the lockdown restrictions. Emails were replied to immediately and calls were returned. We will definitely be booking them in again to do the other side of the house.

I've used Alpha Windows for replacement windows a few times now, as have neighbours. Quick quotation and no pressure on sales, install when said and windows good quality, installed with no fuss and no remedial making good needed. I have had no issues with them and will use them again.

Pretty rubbish customer service. Called about an emergency conservatory repair to fix major leaks and a woman answered. She was rude and not helpful. Shut me down by saying unless you brought the conservatory from us we won’t touch it. We’re not allowed to.

Sounds like a policy of your own. Wouldn’t let them fix it for free with that sort of attitude! 👎🏼

Dreadful and much like the past review, awful attitude from the lady in the office. Details on quote non existent so thank god I checked otherwise would have got something completely different. Really slow to respond, made a mistake on the quote (by £1.5K) and very much an 'its not our fault - tough' way of working despite an in person visit and written proof. We'd heard great things on PVC windows so maybe that's where they're strong but the customer service needs significant work.
