I have used this company to iron my king size duvet covers. The lady that ironed them was lovely and very helpful. I think the service is good value and she did a great job, I would recommend for ironing and will be using them again.

I chose to use these based on the good reviews on google. They took my blazers in that I needed back a few days later for work which they said would be fine. When I went to pick up my blazers I was told they hadn’t been able to do my blazers because the machine broke and that they wouldn’t be able to do them for a few days. They had my contact details as I had been messaging them via Facebook but didn’t try to give me the heads up.

I asked to take my items back and discovered that they had just rammed it under the till with a load of other peoples items. Ended up getting mine back more creased than when I dropped off and they just didn’t seem to care!

I am very happy with their service. I always choose them when it comes to ironing, washing or dry cleaning as I am always satisfied with the end result. Their prices are very reasonable too and they offer good discounts

I have been using this shop for all my dry cleaning as well as my duvet wash, and it has all ways been great and wonderful service, highly recommended

I put in two pairs of curtains for dry cleaning. When we got them back they had shrunk above the lining. Despite the very polite assistant's assurance (hence the 1 star) I don't believe they had been dry cleaned unless dry cleaning chemicals now smell of washing powder!! To add to that they were so creased they obviously hadn't been pressed or ironed. The shop did agree to lengthen them at no cost but again, on return, they had not been pressed /ironed. I've now ironed them and there is a great improvement but they are certainly not what they were. I'm sure Ashford Dry Cleaners are adequate for washing services but I certainly wouldn't recommend them for anything you value.

Just driven from Dungeness and arrived at their address with over an hour to go until closing, and they are already closed! Checked the closing time on here and on the sign on their door, both stated 7pm. They even have a sign on the door to say “Open” just to rub it in! That’s 10 shirts and 1 suit they won’t be getting, plus my future business!
