London Laundry and Dry Cleaning

Really expensive and bad service. I was asked to pay £90 to cut my dress shorter and when I picked it up, there was a hole in the dress. The dress was new (from Ralph Lauren) and had the tag on it. When I pointed out the hole, the tailor told me that it was my fault for not having realised it earlier and that it was impossible that he was responsible for it.

I recommend this dry cleaning, laundry.
I have been using the Marylebone branch because I was living close by. Now I have moved I still using their service. I have recently been using the Baker Street branch for FREE delivery and pick up as I had a duvet and pillow to clean.
Everything so far has been amazingly cleaned.
In the past I have used their cleaning service for few cashmere, leather shoes, bag, mohair, trench, dry clean only and their tailor service to short few of my trousers.

I am still client of them after 3 years.

They charged me 27 pounds to dry clean a pleated skirt. But they pretty much ironed out all the pleats on the top - like it was a flat skirt. Not the level of professionalism I expected for this price. And it was a Maison Margiela. Won’t be going back again.

This is the best laundry service in town. Super friendly and professional stuff. Quality of laundry is absolute best in class at affordable prices. Definitely a 5 star recommendation.

The service at the cleaners in Melcombe Street is out-standing. I have used them now for many years for cleaning, dry cleaning and alterations. They are always super cheerful and the cleaning is on time and the alterations miraculous!

A superb dry cleaners all round. Andrea is fantastic and there is no task too big. They always accommodate my last minute requests and alterations. I've been using them for 4 years and highly recommend them. Mohammad is brilliant with his alterations and always a pleasure to speak to.

Mr. Mohammed is a lovely person and helpful person who does excellent alterations. I have asked him to alter several items including a formal evening gown and a few dresses and jumpsuits. The alterations were outstanding, and I did not need to come back for adjustments. The last time I was there, I had brought in 3 or 4 garments for alterations to be picked up Saturday at 4 pm. On Thursday, I stopped in and asked if I could an additional item to my order for Saturday at 4 pm. I was in the neighbourhood on Saturday at 2 pm, so I phoned on the off chance that my order was ready, and they were ready 2 hours early! This was great because it meant that I didn't have to make an extra trip to pick up my order.

Andreia is friendly and professional. She remembers your name and makes you feel appreciated. I have always had excellent results from the dry cleaning services as well. They went above and beyond for me, and I am very happy with this service.
