Hilltop Dry Cleaners

I have used their dry cleaning services several times and can say that I have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful and have always accommodated me even on the several occasions I've need myour suits back in hurry for interviews. I would recommend.

I used this Cry cleaners just before Christmas, I had some Silk curtains given to me by my Aunty, she has brought them from a Showroom in London and they cost 400 pounds new. I used the Dry cleaner for Shortening 1 Pair of Lace Curtains and the Silk Curtains and had them Dry cleaned as well. I paid 60 Pounds for them. I took them home and a couple of days later I put the Silk Curtains up and I was completely shocked. They are an absolute mess, they have been cut on the wrong place (Owner says we can’t proof it’s been them) and they are not straight and any person that is professional would NEVER EVER shorten Curtains like this ever. I got completely ripped off and anyone who wants pictures please get in touch I am more than happy to provide them. We been back to the shop and I don’t even want to get in to the lies and rubbish we have been told. So, it turns out that shortening a pair of Silk Curtains with Lining is the same as shortening a pair of Lace ones. Don’t use that Dry Cleaners whatever you do. I am sick of People trying to rip you off! If you can’t do it properly don’t do it at all. But don’t think I sit there and getting ripped off for a service that Stevie Wonder could have done better. I will never ever put a Foot in the Shop again. Ever.

The rudest person I've ever had the mispleasure of dealing with in any kind of shop in my entire life. Don't let your parcels go here as you may never see them! Wouldn't recommend sending clothing here either seeing as some elderly woman in the shop was clearly upset because they'd ruined her clothing and didn't seem bothered one bit. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Hilltop dry cleaners' service was flawless from start to finish. Very friendly over the phone chat with male ?owner who even offered to come and collect my item. Tear in my coat seam repaired to excellent level. Will definitely be returning in future. Thank you very much.

Great service from the Hilltop Dry Cleaners, Friendly staff. I do not like use any other dry cleaners.

I had a skirt and coat cleaned. Went to go pick it up on the day we’d agreed but they were closed at 4.30 instead of 5.00. I can’t get there any earlier because of work. Hung around for a bit, rang a lot but no answer. I rang today to check they were open before making the special trip again. I was told ‘they had had a visitor’ yesterday which was why they closed early. Sorry, but if you have a business, you can’t just clock off without so much as a note on the door. I had rearranged meetings to get there. Anyway, picked it up and the guy was pleasant enough so I thought I’d let them off and give them the benefit of the doubt. However, when I got home, it appears my coat wasn’t even cleaned. I bought this coat second hand, it smelled of the previous owners perfume which was the whole reason for cleaning. It still smells exactly the same and there are still dust and fibre flecks all over it. I won’t be visiting again.

Came to collect a parcel at 12 no one was in even though is said they were open until 5, waited around the corner in my car for 30 mins went back still no one there waited an hour in total and no one was there. No answer to the phone. Just poor quality place with no professionalism. If you say your open i expect you to be open. Not rocket science
