American Dry Cleaning Company

Tried them twice. Please be careful when you go there.
First time I wanted some cushions cleaned, they didn't manage to take out any stains, but that is ok, I understand if they are not able to remove something.
But the second time I handed a coat to them, they noted there was some leather lining as they quoted a higher price for it.
My coat got ruined, stained by the leather. They have offered no compensation and did not make me sign a risk form.
They will definitely rip you off so please stay clear of this incompetent business.

I didn't use their service so my rating is based on the website which I found difficult to use and there was a lack of information that I needed. Needs to be more user friendly

As my little girl manages to get her clothes dirty all the time, I needed some professional cleaning, so I decided to try American Dry Cleaning. One of my friends who has been using their services for some time recommended it to me. I'd like to say that I was enormously impressed by the result, and I will definitely go back there.

The service is poor, crazy overpriced and the staff are unprofessional. When I brought in my clothes for dry cleaning, I specifically asked whether they will be ready by the next day at 11:30, the “manager” assured me that the clothes usually get delivered before 10 and that they will be there at 12 at the latest. He charged me an express fee on top of the regular for the next day clean. when i came to pick them up at 12 my clothes weren’t there. the staff started arguing with me about what was said and refused to give me a refund (even for the express fee). they accused me of lying about what was said again and etc. - I can keep going on. Long story short, my experience all round was absolutely awful

I was very disappointed with the quality of the service I received. When receiving my clothes back I checked them, and noticed a smudge on one of my trousers. I then proceeded to ask where this had come from, to which they rudely stated we are not responsible for any stains or damage that might occur to your items. I think this completely unacceptable, and when I asked if I could be compensated or at least have credit to use in the store again they refused and urged me to take my dry cleaning and leave the store. I will definitely not be retuning here, and I Urge all other customers to never use this company for any dry cleaning.

I previously used American Dry Cleaning until all my clothes were stolen when they sent for cleaning. While not their fault, the company failed to compensate me for full value. Do not recommend.
