Apex Dry Cleaners

I have to say this is the worst dry cleaners I have used. I took a cashmere jacket in for cleaning and when I came to collect it still had very visible marks on both lapels. I was told they could try to spot clean it. I collected the jacket the next day but unfortunately the texture of my jacket has been ruined. I was told this can happen with spot cleaning but that I would still have to pay the full £9.95 as they cannot guarantee that damage will not occur during the cleaning process. I queried the £9.95 price as on their website it states jackets are £7 but I was told that is only suit jackets even though it does not specifically state that. I feel I have paid out nearly £10 to have my jacket ruined and would recommend that you AVOID this company as they are unprofessional and if they ruin your clothing you are still expected to pay in full. Since bringing my jacket home I have noticed yet another mark on the arm which has not been removed by their cleaning process.

Every year we have our winter and summer duvets cleaned (as you do) picked up, cleaned and delivered back. Supurb service every time. I can't fault xxxxxcccc

Always used these for dry cleaning my suits. Very reasonably priced. Much cheaper than Timpsons.

Will not use again. Disappointed in their customer service. Delivery driver threw items at my elderly mother to pick up and take them into the house. Not the best experience at all.

Will never use again! Be aware! Very Disappointed with there customer service! Very rude! Won't listen! Aggressive body language! Lie after lie to cover up so don't have to re-do there mistake! No communication between the staff! Charged me twice (£55), and now refusing to do anything about it, unless i pay again! Gave these guys a 2nd chance after there ruined/totalled my jacket with a simple Dry clean last year! Had their so called professional Taylor talk to me who didn't have simple skills of customer service, Spoke in a patronising way with very a agressive body language! The Manager isn't any different! Full of lies and never has the time to listen but loves to interupt whilst the customer is explaining, talking down to he's customers and charging them again for there own mistakes. Waste of time/energy/money. !! STAY AWAY!! AVOID AT ALL COST !!

On a long course in Gatwick and was recommended Apex for laundry. Considerably cheaper than hotel laundry and they did an excellent job! Free pick up and drop off depending on location. Will recommend to colleagues

I have been meaning to write this for a while. Rude is an understatement. We put dresses into their business to be altered for our wedding. On collection, the alterations were terrible. The underlayer was much lower than the dress, which was not how we left them and certainly now how we wanted them.
I was told to visit their home were the owner was. My wife was shouted at for even raising this by the husband and wife. My wife left in tears and the brides maid dresses ruined before the wedding
Unprofessional is an understatement.

I was first disappointed with the way my suit's jacket has been ironed. But after dealing with the manager who reacted quickly and has been very comprehensive, the problem has been solved and the result is very good.
