Ridiculously expensive to hem a pair of trousers and give the same finish...£26!! the dry cleaning in Southdown is just as good and charges £14.

Went in to ask about repairing a rip in my coat, lady was rude and abrupt and said that the tear would not be able to be fixed. So I went next door to the other dry cleaners and they had no problems repairing it and for less than half the price it would have been at the American dry cleaners as well - Overall just not great customer service

Very pleased with the service. I had a pair of vintage (65 years old!) trousers which they altered extensively to now fit me perfectly, and they took great care in cleaning them. The staff know their jobs, are helpful and polite. Recommended.

I was bought an expensive coat for my birthday, unfortunately my new puppy jumped up and ripped the sleeve, I was absolutely gutted and not for one minute thought it was fixable due to the fabric, a friend recommended American Dry Cleaners and WOW what a good job, I’m over the moon with the results!

Mental service- my jeans come back dirtier than when they went in for cleaning - stein still there and when I take them back i was told I have to find the original plastic packaging to verify its me and the date I took them in and picked them up - eventually after another 5 miles home and a tone of traffic stress and digging in the bin for the receipt I find it - he then looks at the receipt confirms my name (which he already had on the system ) chucks it all in the bin in 1 second and takes them back !!!!! Just ridiculous
