Tailors

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We used this dry cleaner for three months and they consistently misplaced our clothing, to the point where we had to start keeping a list of what was delivered to ensure we would get it back. They destroyed a pair of leather leggings, and never cleaned the armpits. When I took back several blouses and blazers to request a reclean, they accused me of wearing all the items I had picked up earlier that day with the tags still on them!!! OUTRAGEOUS. They will have an excuse for everything.

We have used Fatima for many years now, she is a 'proper' tailor/seamstress and has rescued countless items of clothing for us.

Super fast and affordable service! Came to alter a dress that I needed urgently before New Year's Eve and Fatima got it ready in less than 24h and it now fits like a glove! Super happy with the service.

The woman who’s been requested to shorten my brand new Versace pants just burned them with an iron!!! Upon my complaint she’s said she hadn’t noticed when this happened, apologised and offered to try and fix it.

£5 for wash and £7 for repair of a pair of trousers is a reasonable cost and it was done perfectly. Thanks!

I wouldn’t bring men’s clothes here again. The situation may be different for woman’s clothes (in fairness female customers seemed happier). I gave one pair of pants that I needed tapered as well as waist and length fixed for an event 5 days later. Literally 9 visits and one month later (after the event) I got the pants back. They were not tapered properly and the waist was too wide.. I am paying another tailor to fix it(as I cannot wait another month). On my 5th visit the tailor admitted the clips had come off the pants and she needed to re-size me. Also the pants were returned mashed up with creases.. despite it being new suit bottoms.

Great service and work. She is a talented tailor and I have asked for her help with several projects such as curtains, tableware, repairs. She always did a great job.
