Cleaning of my wedding dress was superb and they give you a full run-down of costs and repairs with before and after photos. There were a couple of emailing and delivery mishaps but the team is very friendly and dealt with any issues promptly.

Honestly I cannot recommend Nicky and her team anymore. They are absolutely amazing. My dress was extremely dirty and made from silk, how they got it as clean as they did blows my mind. Nicky also fixed a few buttons for me, which nearly made me cry. I am so grateful. The way Nicky folded the dress into the box was incredible. Worth every penny. I am so grateful ladies for steaming my dress before the big day and then looking after it at the end. I'll forever cherish my dress now. Thanks ladies. Xxxx

Boxed Bridal are a fantastic company - I used the courier service they offer and couldn't fault the whole experience or amazing work they did on my dress!

I initially went to a local dress cleaners which wasn't a good experience as they were quite reluctant to take my dress as the train was so dirty - so I looked into Boxed Bridal. At first I was a bit nervous to send my dress off but Amy was so helpful and put my worries at ease. My dress was sent tracked with a reputable courier and Amy kept me updated on the whole process. The service was fantastic and for a really reasonable price. They even fixed two buttons back on at no extra cost. Dress looks amazing again - thank you!!

Amy and her team have done a fabulous job of making my wedding dress look brand new .. even when it was 4 years overdue for a clean!

I used Boxed Bridals courier service - but right from the get go Amy put me at ease and reassured me! I contacted a lot of places before boxed bridal and none were as helpful or professional. Extremely happy with the results and would 100% recommend them to anyone! Amy communicated with me throughout the time she had my wedding dress to let me know time frames/when I’d receive it back and sent photos of before and after. Dress came back beautifully wrapped and folded ready for me to store away. Great service.

I couldn’t recommend boxed bridal enough, an amazing service from the beginning until the dress was returned.

My dress was fully beaded and had gone grey with the dirt, not to mention lots of make up staining around delicate straps and the bodice. I was almost sure that the stains wouldn’t come out as other dry cleaners said they couldn’t guarantee it. Boxed bridal have completely taken my dress back to new, the stains are fully gone, the train is white again and there are no make up stains to be seen, to say I was delighted when I saw the dress looking as good as it does is an understatement.

I used the courier service to get the dress to boxed bridal and it was a seamless service, they were then able to deliver my dress back to me in person due to being in the area and it felt so personal. You can tell they really love the dresses they get to work on and the utmost care is taken on your gown for a super reasonable price. The packaging of the dress into the box and attention to detail is amazing!
