Called up and asked if I could have something dry cleaned the same day, owner said yes if I left it in before 1 oclock, got a taxi to make sure I got there on time and the owner said actually he closed at 1 and hadn't understood me

Wonderful service. We had some baby dresses to dry clean at short notice - done a great job.

My blazers returned completely damaged - they lost their colour and one came with dark stains (as dyed) completely unable to rescue these. New management is a man who lacks of any manners; utterly rude and aggressive, never offered an apology or solution instead I was fully charged for receiving my damaged blazers back. Do avoid at all cost.

I often put my work clothes in to be cleaned, however they seem to come out dirtier than what they originally ware when i put them in , which is unheard off. I am paying for them to make my clothes dirtier.
