Belmont Dry Cleaners

I've been using Belmont for years and they are great. Tried others I must admit but they just don't compare.

Really surprised to see a bad review and knowing Billy in Chislehurst who is extremely good I questioned him and he said that those ski clothes were in their shop for more than 9 months! Don't blame them for getting rid of them to be honest...it's not a wardrobe and it clearly states on the paperwork that they dispose all items after 3 months.

I too have used Belmont Dry Cleaners for many years. They are by far the very best of all the Dry Cleaners I have ever used. I was gob-smacked to see a one star review. Then I saw the reason for it and frankly, I find it utterly mean-spirited. You cannot leave items at a Dry Cleaners for nine months and expect them to be there when you eventually decide you want to collect them. Belmont also provide an alteration service which is also fantastic. I would give them six stars if I could.

Belmont Dry Cleaning did a superb job of cleaning and waterproofing my two ski jackets. Will certainly be using them again. Thank you.

I took a ladies coat into Belmont Dry Cleaners as I required it to be shortened .
They have done this superbly and I would not hesitate in recommending this Dry Cleaners.

Incredibly poor customer service and incorrect charging of services only reason I haven't given them one star is that the delivery pick up and drop off service was friendly but overall overpriced and not keen to use them again given there are others available.

Best in the area but pricey. Good for alterations and mending also.

Always such fantastic customer experience at Belmont. Friendly staff and consistently good quality service. The lady who does the alterations and tailoring is incredible.

Amazing service! Could not recommend more.
