Enfield Dry Cleaners

Kryi has recently dry cleaned a number of items for me, including suits and winter coats. Every item has been professionally treated and has come back to me spotless and in "good as new" condition. The items are returned on a quality coat hanger (rather than a cheap and nasty metal one) and protectively packaged.

Kyri is obviously passionate about providing the best service to his customers, many of whom are long standing. Having discovered the quality of his work and his attention to detail I'm sure that he's added another long standing customer in me.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Enfield Dry Cleaners to friends, family and colleagues.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! I gave them my favourite pair of boots to repair, they promised they will be ready in a week time, which to be honest is still ridiculously long (all they needed was a bit of sticking in the front). I came back there after 8 days they were still not ready! Two weeks later still not ready!!!!! The place wasn't on my way so I asked if they could give me a call when they'll be ready so I won't have to travel there for the 4th time for no reason. They said NO, were very rude, unhelpful, overall avoid at all costs. 20m away (closer to the Enfield Town station) is a great Dry cleaning place, cheaper and more reliable.

MASTERS OF THEIR TRADE! I cannot recommend this place enough for their tailoring abilities. Due a string of unfortunate circumstances we turned up at Enfield Dry cleaners with two bridesmaid dress that were FIVE sizes too big and a very delicate wedding dress that needed shortening and taking in. Add to the mix we only had three weeks to get the problem fixed and we weren't hopeful of a good outcome. Despite this the team here turned it around on time, with amazing skill and at a reasonable price. The bridesmaid dresses effectively had to be remade but fitted perfectly and the bride's dress looked like it was made bespoke.

Leaving a white jacket to be cleaned on Tuesday morning and asked when I wanted to collect...Friday please which was then written on ticket. Friday morning went to collect my jacket at first couldn't find it...then said it hasn't been cleaned yet..it was thrown under other "whites" to be cleaned..I explained I needed it and couldn't come back so he rolled it up and just handed it back to me!!!!! I was fuming I said if he had specified Friday afternoon I would have taken it to silkstream who give better customer service.. not even an apology he just didn't care...disgusting way to run a business.....DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

Excellent service and an extremely talented seamstress who worked very hard to make significant alterations to my wedding dress and 2 bridesmaid dresses for a very reasonable price. The alterations were very complex due to the fabric and shape of the dresses but she managed to do a great job in time for the wedding.

The item of clothing i gave them was returned damaged & when confronted they were extremely rude making me feel very uncomfortable & also in denial of what they had done. I agree with all of the other customer reviews, never go there lol! Also after reading their responses to said reviews, i can see their customer service is something to be desired.
Very unprofessional job, certainly not going back.

CRAFTSMANSHIP

Yes! I stand by My bold title because Craftsmanship is a rarity these days. Today, I needed a simple alteration and elsewhere, it would've cost over £5! That's close to being mugged! Just by chance, I popped into Enfield Dry Cleaners as I spotted a sewing machine in the window! It took about less than 5 minutes to explain what I wanted, and was told to comeback at 17:00! The job cost only £2! Remarkable! Some dry cleaning establishments will charge anything between £6 to £10 for such a small job! Nope! It doesn't matter if You're in Central London or in a North London suburb, £6 to £10 is what You can expect to pay - most of the time!

I was served by Mr. Nidai Salahi who performed the simple, yet crucial alteration. The stitching was/is superb! Craftsmanship! I've paid the £6 and £10 to other establishments for average work. So, as You can imagine, I am so very happy with Salahi's work and cost! I've got another alteration to make, and guess where I'm going... That's right, Enfield Dry Cleaners!

I thoroughly recommend this Dry Cleaners for superb alterations: Shortening trouser lengths, replacing a broken zip, dress needs taking in, You name it, Mr. Salahi can do it!

Excellent service and the price is right!

Quality alterations every time. Enfield dry cleaners always clean my clothes to a really high standard too. The lady there is a highly skilled seamstress and never fails to get the job done. Would definitely recommend this place.
