Gatwick Drycleaners/Horley Laundrette

Very happy with their duvet cleaning service. Customer parking to the rear of the shop makes dropping off/collection a doddle.

Lady very rude, clearly no business sense and unbelieveably also thinks she owns all the parking outside to go with it.

Strongly recommend Fosters in town anyway.

I want to make this clear.....this is not a bad review on the dry cleaners side. This is a bad review on the laundrette.
I used to use this company to do my laundry every week until there was a fire.
A huge amount of clothes of mine a nd a friends were lost in the fire.
I never received a call or any reimbursement.
My van broke down the other day so
Unfortunately I had to use the this laundrette again as it was local. I have been using sparkles in Merstham and they have been fantastic.
I had a service wash and asked for my clothes to be dried on a low heat as I didn't want my clothes shrunk. I paid extra for this and when I returned home my tshirts had shrunk so much they were unwearable.
I complained and the lady said she was not prepared to do anything about it with a smirk on her face.
Stay well clear of this place.
If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Great service. New washers and dryers. They moved from horley high-street to this location. Staff members and their service deserve a round of applause. Used the service today and I recommend this place to everyone.

Went there to use the washers and dryers. The attendant in the shop was very helpful and guided me through the process. Cheap, quick and straightforward.

Jitka, one of the owners, is exemplary at everything she lays her hands on. Her sewing skills are second to none. The store looks amazing with beautiful brand new dryers and their prices are still very competitive. I will be going back again and again.

Excellent service,thought i needed a new zip on my jacket lady in shop had a look a said it needed a little alteration which she could do straight away,which she did,most grateful.
