Regency Dry Cleaners

Was so pleased with the service here. I took in a brand new suit that I'd managed to cake with mud during a wedding. I didn't have much hope that it could be rescued, but Regency got it looking like brand new again. What a relief! Highly recommended!

Avoid this place. I brought in a skirt to be taken in - a button and another fastening had to be moved. They measured up and charged me £19. When I collected it the fastening had not been moved at all and the button was on the wrong side. The man was very grumpy and defensive, refused to refund me more than £3, and said the man who does the alterations “makes silly mistakes”. Too right.

Took a dress shirt to be cleaned and pressed. Although cheap (£3.50), the shirt came back ironed but there were still plenty of creases.

They are polite and friendly, and provide quality cleaning. I went to get my wool coat cleaned and they took the time to explain how their cleaning process works and what services they provide.

I came to the store to have my suit cleaned and only gave the fellow two days notice, when I received it back it was perfect, just as I had bought it, I can't be more grateful and highly recommend this service.

I took in a wool coat that had been involved in an altercation with a bicycle, and I thought was probably ruined. Despite managing expectations initially they performed a miracle, and the coat is now nearly perfect, like new. They carefully cleaned by hand before dry cleaning, and the service was VERY well priced. Genuinely amazed and impressed with the excellent service. Definitely recommend!

I dropped my partners suit jacket to this business to have the stains removed.when I came back to collect it there are still stains on the jacket. The staff member said me that it was my fault because I didn't show him each individual stain on the jacket. The staff member never offered any help just past the blame over on to me.
