Something different Egyptian food is spic d lightly and cooking is perfect for each of the courses. The traditional soup - Molokheya- is a little slimy so if texture is not your thing then be careful. It is a wonderful taste if you dare to. Slow cooked lamb was pretty good !

Do not miss this tucked away gem! Absolutely delicious food and brilliant service. Decor was beautiful and being off the main road it was quiet and had a chilled atmosphere.

Our group did the traditional tasting menu with the wine pairing. Everything was fantastic. One of the best lamb dishes I have experienced. The service was great and responsive. This was a great last meal for our time in London. Give this place a try.

Fab service and really friendly staff, good looked good but taste wise it while it started pleasantly enough each dish tasted similar to the last so rather than a harmony of flavours changing to make music a one note drone drowned out the others. Not what you want with a testing menu. Hopefully just the chef having a bad day

Last night dinner was great! The food was amazing, especially the lamb chunks. Credits to the chef and the service was great too, catering the children’s need as well. We were well looked after. Thank you

Very pleasant dinner in a cosy restaurant in Kensington. The food was good but not incredible. The staff were nice but not incredible and definitely not Egyptian. The atmosphere was very cosy and romantic but it was also empty on a Saturday night so seems like it’s not too popular of a place. We enjoyed the food but were hoping for more Egyptian specialities that would strike us as different. Most of the menu offered things you would find elsewhere. We paid 72£ for two starters and two mains which seemed reasonable given the location. I’d recommend the baked okra which was delicious.

The food was extraordinary with generous portions and unique tastes. Sammy was very friendly and informative. We had one of our best meals in the year.

The best restaurant I went to during my trip to London. Everything perfect! From the service to the food! My boyfriend and I shared a lamb which quietly satiated both of us (we just ordered an extra mashed potato)

Magnificent restaurant
