I love Bose products. Was looking for a new speaker system for the dining / sitting area. The staff were hopeless. Knew nothing. I will probably still buy Bose, but it won't be from this location.

great sound while it lasts , unfortunately doesn't last long , my Bose wave and Bose multi player were very unreliable ,both now need repairing again alas Bose no longer repair the multi player , so expensive and no after service /customer care , i also own a Sony multi CD player which is older far cheaper to buy and still works extremely well . so in the dustbin with the £700 worth of Bose units and down to the Sony centre for replacements

Had faults with my ear buds from there, however when taking them back I had excellent service from Sean who helped and sorted a replacement instantly. Brilliant shopping experience.

Took a Bose Mini Speaker to the store to find out why it wasn't working; expecting to receive excuses and a bill, I must admit we were shocked to find out they were really helpful, a rare experience this day and age... Well done you guys fantastic customer service and we've now got a working speaker; thank you!!

Very happy to help and demonstrate the products. Listened to our situation and talked through explaining how the media system would work for us. No hard sell and, even though we didn't purchase there and then, what we learned has made it quite likely that we will go with Bose when the time comes.

Previously spent a lot of money 💰 here! We thought the shop had actually closed down so we were very excited to find it still open yesterday. However that was shortlived once we had walked in, there was no greeting from the 3 staff who were having their own conversation. We browsed the items and not once were we spoken to or asked if we needed any help. Poor service and obviously not interested in making a sale..... Michael Kors ended up with our money 👜 so the husband went without! 😁

Huge fan if bose. Just a shame bose keeping shutting places like this. My local nose stores both closed and yet they exceeded thier golas for sales. Still product excellent so here's to more purchases

Google got it wrong I was in Belstaff nearby. Bose is great but Belstaff is overpriced tosh. I am afraid to say I'm old enough to remember when Belstaff made reasonably priced waxed cotton jackets for motorcyclists that got dirty and left marks on your girlfriend's blouse.
