Bought phone earbuds on 7th of October then took them back 8th of October as they didn't work, while we were there asked a member of staff how do we stand with a issue we were having with a vax hoover thats got 3 year warranty on we bought in April, to which they replied bring it back straight swap,,,,, RUBBISH they want to send it off to repair it which takes 1MONTH before it comes back so I asked wot do we use in the meantime he said don't know and could see by his face couldnt care! absolutely no use wot so ever they take your money quick enough, help and co-operation ends there.
I have spent thousands there over the years but no more I'm not putting anymore money in those money grabbers pocket boll___s to them.

Retail shopping was great went in and I knew what I was going to buy.

Young assistant was great and very helpful

Went in the store on Saturday, needed some assistance, quite a few people in the store and about five staff standing around just talking to each other had to go over to ask for some help and was made to feel like it was an effort. I heard other people trying to get there attention but the moment I went over they all scattered. I then went to Argos and purchased a microwave the staff there couldn't do enough for me,won't be going back to Currys that's for sure

Visited the store. No pushy hard sell sales person. Answered all my questions. Gave advice on all products within the range not just their personal opinion

Friendly staff very helpful with people with adhd or/and autism they explain things in a way we can understand. Also they are very patient too with us too.

Staff very polite but you no longer sell what I wanted

Mobile phone staff very rude and ignorant. Ignored me 3 times and went to people that were queuing after me. Left in the end so lost my purchases

Not slot of enthusiasm in the salesman. Not really up to date with TV products did not purchase as no realty feeling of confidence.
