Absolutely rubbish customer service. They do not have no respect of who will travel to their country. They are very very rude, they do not know how to speak English, they will not help you if you are facing any difficulties there visa process is 12weeks or more and THIS IS NOT 100% that you will recieve a visa. To all who wants to travel to EGYPT my advice is DO NOT because they are cheap with very low standard and they will no help you in any way

I was sold a car by an employee of the embassy, from the embassy itself! which was not road worthy, not as described, and incredibly dangerous. The vehicle failed within 1 hour of purchasing it on the motorway. Neither the individual who sold or the embassy has been contactable over this issue. Using the embassy as a front to sell dangerous vehicles knowing that there is no way of contacting after the sale has completed is very bad practice and i will be taking legal action.

Rude and useless customer service.
Was on the phone with the consulate waiting in the queue for one hour and 45 minutes with no one answering, decided to phone the Embassy, they said I can’t help , I’ve got nothing to do in a rude voice.

Consulate completely don't care about tourism development. Visa takes months, not possible to reach by phone, replying by email once a month with 2 words, no consideration at all. I think Egypt need to invest more in embassy staff, as it's a face of the country abroad

Spoke to an completely inept woman on the phone today she was incapable of allowing me to finish the sentence / purpose of the call ….she was truly pig ignorant 3/11/2022 at 2.33pm
Get somebody there to help people please !!!

People that work there are very rude, they told me the visa will take 4 months which is a joke !! He saw my passport and sarcastically said do you want to speak Arabic or English like the embassy is in London. Just speak English.

I was planning to go to Egypt for holidays. But After reading the reviews, I change my mind rather go somewhere else they give you Visa quickly and not make you wait months for 1 week tourist visa

I have applied for my husband's visa in Mid of November. Still no answer. We have planned to travel on 13/01 and tickets are booked. They even refused my evisa without mentioning the reason for the refusing. My husband visited the consulate and they said they can't do nothing about the visa. What's the point of having a consulate. Worst experience ever. Our money gone to waste. We have been waited 3 yrs to go on a holiday after the pandemic. Honestly, dont do this to people.
