such friendly and welcoming staff :) they went above and beyond for my son and daughter when we went in for an eye test. really kind and made us feel welcome and were so good at keeping my two year old entertained with colouring and books! they took the time to sit with my daughter and help her to colour, which was just so lovely! :) thank you so so so much! xx

Seem to only care if you have all the free time in the world. Happy to not give appointment you need or want over run cancel your appointment make yoh lose day pay and expect you to come the dlnext day instead.
I actual now have a fear of attending appointments here.

Probably ok for basic vision requirements but lack expertise for the more challenging vision problems so go elsewhere. Supplied the wrong spectacle prescription twice, wasting months of my time and over £300.

My daughter and I went here for an eye test and the staff were really professional, friendly and happy to help us. It was a positive experience for my daughter being her first eye test.

I admire all who work at this branch; they consistently look to satisfy your needs (however specific/ difficult) and really care for their customers on a personal level.
