I had an eye examination and was given a prescription. I was told It usually takes 2 weeks for glasses to be ready for collection but sadly it's been 6 whole weeks and no one has called. I have called several times but to one picked up. I will walk in to the store tomorrow.

This is my first time of using the branch at Christchurch. I did the eye test but they issued the wrong glasses because one of the member of staff typed the wrong prescription into the system. They offer to send it back but did not call to say the glasses was ready. I had to call to find out it was ready after 4 weeks of messing me around. It would have been nice if they got it right this time but no they didn't and when I went back to complain, their was no remorse or an apology. I even offered for them to send the glasses off for the right prescription but they issued a refund instead. I'll never use them again and I'll advise everyone to stay away from them. They are time wasters and don't even deserve the one star

Unbelievable on holiday glasses broken and they won't email me my prescription so I can get my glasses fixed.
