Boots Opticians

They almost NEVER answer the phone. When they do, they are generally unhelpful and rude. My notes were automatically sent to this branch, after my local one closed. However, this branch was not convenient to me, so when I rang to ask about my prescription, they found my name and asked the new optician to call them directly. That optician (same company, different branch) also found it extremely hard to get through to them and when they finally did, were informed that all my previous notes (of 25 years!!) were lost!!

I've been using this branch for many years now - not always the best organised but very good treatment especially for my contact lenses. Also had some excellent deals on a variety of spectacles including prescription, polarised sunglasses and reactive lenses.

I really like this shop. The staff is always helpfull and friendly and I always find their advice invaluable.
I feel that the design of glasses in display is comprehensive but also limited. There is a much better selection at the Boots in the wood Green shoping city.
Sometimes you have to wait even if you have an apointment but I find that the staff are very professional

Came to do an eye test and buy 2 glasses. Appointment was at 15, was checked fairly quickly and then told to wait 10 minutes. Waited 1h without notice from any of the staff. Went on to make a verbal complaint to the opticians store manager, which was not in branch, but was seen by the doctor that had to compile the eye test results. She apologised and said that they had an emergency. I couldn't care less of their emergencies as long as I was not told one single thing . Ended up going across the street to Specsavers. Was seen without an appointment in 5 minutes, got the results in another 10 and by the 30 minute mark I had paid and was out of the store.

AVOID WOOD GREEN BOOTS OPTICIANS LIKE THE PLAGUE! Not even a complimentary voucher to say sorry... where did you learn customer service? Appalling

Seriously disappointed with this opticians, i use to go to the other boots further down near the wood green station and all was well, i would go their and grab my new set of contacts every so often.
However, the problem started when that branch closed down and moved to the Boots in the mall and let me tell you that was the worst move I've experienced. I went to the store to order my Contacts and paid up front as well as getting my receipt ( that I had to ask for ) anyway i left and expect the contacts to arrive to the store within a week so i waited.... and waited..... and waited until i ended up waiting for a month. I went to the store to go speak to them as they were not picking up the phone and after i told them. they wouldnt believe me smh good thing i had the receipt. anyway i got my money back and took my business to another store Specsavers.

I am extremely satisfied with the service at Boots opticians Wood Green. The girls were very polite and kindly answered all my questions. I want to especially thank Elif who helped me with the selection of frames and advice on quality and service. Thanks also to Ansar and the rest of the team. Keep making customers happy with a smile girls. Thank you!

Standard opticians. Service is abit slow but the staff are helpful and trying their best with the limited numbers they have

Despite they told me that my contact lances will be delivered max. 5 days, it has been 7 days and i am still waiting. No one knows that where they are. Also they already charged me £3.60 dispensing charge but I still have to go to take them to their shop. That's so irritating.
