Some are helpful, the guy with long hair is rude and very unhelpful

Really rude front desk staff. Bad experience with lady when come to collect glasses. Do not knew how to talk to customer.

Thank you to the staff at Boots opticians in Chesham who fitted my glasses today (the glasses weren't bought at Boots as it was mid-lockdown when I got them), and did so for free. Friendly staff and good service, much appreciated!
