Great staff, phone never answered though

Been waiting for my contact lenses since 15th December. Assistant Manager was the rudest most unhelpful person said she would call to see if they were dispatched and i dont believe she did. Went back today and they still not arrived. Sales assistant unhelpful and said nothing thry can do. I now have only one pair of lenses left.

As opposed to the regular boots staff. The service at the opticians was unhelpful and unfriendly would not go back

I wanted after eye test my prescription and they so did not want to give it too me but I got it in the end. When I got home checked prescription and it was only for computer glasses not for reading glasses also .
I went back to ask for prescription again for both glasses computer and reading and after making me wait a long while was given my prescription but print out was so faint could hardly make out the figures. Never had this problem with other opticians who had given me my prescription after my test without me having to ask for it.

Im stunned at reviews here. Ive used them for around 30 years. Always helpful and polite. And unlike other places the family tried have never had to go back with glasses.

Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone. Rude on the phone. Time to switch to someone else

Very frustrating to deal with as they never answer the phone. Called 17 times to see if my glasses had arrived and never got an answer. This needs to be resolved. In person they are excellent but why have such a dreadful attitude to phone calls?
