Boots Opticians

Thank you to all the staff for looking after me and my needs! I always find it so difficult to pick glasses I have to wear all the time but really LOVE the new ones I picked and my headaches have dissapeared as well!!

I haven't found this branch to be particularly professional. The optical assistants are helpful but the management team aren't the friendliest and always seem rushed and not bothered. I have purchased two pairs of frames here previously and would not go back as the second pair of frames I purchased here were covered in a sticky type of adhesive which had to be scraped off.

Great service every step of the way! Thorough eye exam and fantastic optician who really knows his stuff! Decent selection of frames for all price ranges. Glad I picked boots

Superb service - I felt well looked after and the staff took time to explain everything to me and even show me some of the images to explain the health of both my eyes. This was my first eye test in decades and they took good care of me

After having significant problems with a prescription from a nearby popular opticians I was astounded at the excellent service I received at Boots Letchworth opticians. After having used the well known opticians in Letchworth for nearly a decade I am completely converted to Boots. Absolute professional service from beginning to end, including both junior and senior members of staff, an extremely dedicated optician who really took the time to get my prescription right. I genuinely didn't know what I had been missing all these years! Thank you all for your help and time, well done to a super team.

Greedy, selfish and arrogant staff. Only interested in your money! Glasses broke within a few days, they refused to refund (breaking the law). Head office eventually forced them to. Lots of aggro. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
