I arrived with a sore eye after a contact lens problem and was seen by an optician within minutes - for free under the WEPS scheme. The staff were polite and friendly and looked after me very well. I bought medication as advised from the pharmacy also in the Boots and was served promptly.

Went hear to get contact lenses. Staff are really helpful. They have a good offer on contact lens trials. The photo kiosk is a pain and difficult to set up otherwise this place would of gotten 5 stars.

Great place, all the staff were really nice and nothing was to much trouble, I can be a bit difficult to deal with sometimes but have been really impressed with everyone who dealt with me.I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone Boots opticians in Bangor.
