Ordered a pair of glasses and got a voicemail saying that they were ready to pick up. Went to the shop to be told there was no optician in the shop so they couldn't let me have them! A few weeks later I telephoned them to order another pair under a half price offer, only to be told they don't take orders over the phone because of security, how do other retailers manage? If I want another pair I'll have to call in the shop, obviously they don't want my business! If they carry on like this they will be the next ones to vanish from the High Street.

Absolutely disgusting customer care went in with my niece was 4 staff members here 2 kept walking up and down the stairs like we went even here 20 mins later still no been seen or apologised for the long wait just been completely ignore another gentle man comes in a gets served straight away like hello u no we are waiting no wonder people go eles were also to be then told they cant help horrid place avoid

Came in here with corneal ulcers after speaking to 111. Was seen straight away. Optician was friendly, helpful and made me feel calm about the situation. Can't find a fault with this place, had a pretty pleasant experience despite being in pain and having to go to the hospital afterwards.
