Boots Opticians

Based on my experience, I would advise not to waste money using the 0345 number. It is a nationwide service and did not give me access to the Llandudno branch. By the time I was told this, I had already had to listen to all the lengthy 'security' blurb. Perhaps if I had persisted with the call, I might have reached Llandudno, but I was not inclined to prolong the call any further.

Extremely good experience. Staff are very nice and patient, and nobody tries to con you.

I attended Boots for a routine eye test, All the staff wore masks that was excellent and what I was led to expect in a health care environment. With the exception of one male member of staff who was not wearing a mask who I assume was the manager, I did point this out and later saw this staff member wearing a mask. Stephen the optician was pleasant, helpful and informative. I booked the first appointment at 9:00 as it was my first visit to a shop in 2 years so seeing someone not wearing a mask added to my stress level.

Mixed experience with Boots opticians Hubby and myself went last week both for eye tests and new glasses, the optician Steve was brilliant very informative etc , staff were good as well, been back today to collect glasses, totally different experience, just given my glasses no care as to whether they fitted correctly, I asked for them to be tightened, as for my Husband they weren't even his glasses, not really an apology or anything, just come back next week, optician to busy reading on one of boots computer to be bothered, and the guy who served us needs a lesson on customer service. Not impressed at all.

I was a new patient and very impressed with my contact lens check and consultation . Staff very professional . Alison my optician was very knowledgeable and I felt very well looked after.

Really nice and helpful people.
