They are fine until you want them to answer their phone. Their voicemail sends you round in circles. They are losing me as a customer for the simple reason you cannot get any of the options to pick. Tried all times of day, all days of the week. I give up.

Cancelled an appointment for a 5 year old after waiting for over a month and then no answer when calling them back. will be writing written complaint.

I was annoyed the other day when it was impossible to get someone to answer the phone, I have had appointment today and service and care was excellent.
