Please make appointments with GP's more accessible for patients. My son spoke to a GP on Thurs & was told his symptoms was a virus. He spoke to another GP on Friday for a second opinion as his health deteriorated and was asked to forward a photo of his tonsils, which he did. Again he was informed it was likely he had a virus. He ended up calling 111 on Saturday as his high temperature wouldn't reduce and continued to suffer from a tight chest. 111 booked him an appointment at William Harvey hospital A&E for a couple of hours later. On arrival he stood in a 30 minute queue for initial triage, 30 mins wait for second triage, 60 mins for third triage in out of hours GP area. Then 4 hour wait to see the GP. Diagnosis of severe tonsillitus and prescribed 10 day course of strong antibiotics, comprising of 8 tablets per day. A&E was full of people who couldn't see a GP!

This is by far the best practice in Ashford. I have been with them for over 24 years. When they were at Singleton.
You can alway get an appointment. Or a call the same day. They were amazing with my parents. Especially towards end of life.
Looking at other practices. I feel very lucky to be here.

Reception staff were good, but the experience whilst discussing a child case with Mr Oprchal was somewhat questionable. I found him to be very rude and not at all interested in listening to any of the supporting information being provided by the parents.

Totally incompetent, useless and not fit for purpose zero patient respect or desire to provide the core components of what the NHS stand's for - formal complain being submitted to the highest possible level.

All the staff are friendly and professional, always phone back promptly when using e-consult,and generally have an appointment within 24 hours if we need an in person consultation, even during Covid. Have had dealings with many of the GPs and all have shown the same high standard of care.

They're just impossible to get hold of and book an appointment. I also had to call them to get test results back as apparently they don't tell you unless it's bad news. Meanwhile my symptoms remain. They've also lost multiple applications to get my stepsons registered. Sad to say the worst GP surgery I've been associated with anywhere in the world.

Can't even get a doctor's appointment when you phone the surgery. Not even a call back when you need to see your doctor the day your ill. Staff just say there's is nothing they can do! No help whatsoever.
