Worst Doctor's in the world. Can never get an appointment and when you finally do they always forget to follow through with things. For example, told my pregnant fiancée they'd arrange a midwife for us. After we never got a call, we phoned the midwife who told us they hadn't contacted her.
Also they constantly forget to send your prescriptions to the pharmacy next door and you end up in a constant cycle of chasing things up.
I'm honestly thinking of moving house as its the only surgery in my catchment area. Honestly that bad they should be closed down.

Horrendous, withdrew my painkillers 2 weeks ago with no warning, took a phone call from me to find out it was withdrawn because I need a review, no call to tell me this! Now I can get a review over the phone in 2 weeks time, so I have to cope with the pain till then, shocking way to treat people

I have been trying to get though since 8am this morning. For over an hour and 45 minutes. I have a toddler that I need to keep entertained I can not stay on hold for this amount of time. If I request a call back they never do call back and if I miss it I have to be in a the queue again to try and get a non existent appointment.

I have had an issue for 5 days now to which I sourced help from pharmacy's but I needs attention of a doctor now. To which I can not see. I have been at this surgery for over 3 years now and it has always been the same. Never get an appointment . 111 advise me to see my gp HAHAHA Sure.....

Never in my life have I experienced anything like it.
On hold for over an hour to speak to receptionist. In the end I drove down, still on hold. Walked through the door and three women sitting chatting. Not one of them answering the phones!!
If you are lucky enough to get through and get an appointment they doctor doesn’t ring you but they are adamant he has!!
Receptionist this morning had greasy hair. Nice and professional ! Half of them are new staff and haven’t got a clue what they are talking about. Need better training !
Sort it out! It’s tough anyway with the nhs. You’re just giving the whole service a bad name

Awful practice!!! The daughter has been ill the whole October!!!! After our last visit to the gp we were told that if the temperature wouldn't go away we need to visit the gp again. The child has had fever for a week and a half so far again, her lymph nodes got painful and I can't get an appointment!!! I'm just sent to the urgent unit where I'm prescribed the same antibiotics clarithromycin for the third time. I called the practice but they just said they didn't have appointments. It's a child!!! But why does the gp say then that we must come again!!!!!!!! Terrible practice!!!!!!

Dr Geeranavar is a lovely Dr, he takes the time to explain and I have found him to be very thorough and genuinely listens.

The down fall is that it’s incredibly difficult to get an appointment without fuss, unnecessary stress and action.

Its inevitable that A&E and other health services are inappropriately used. The practice should not be able to take patients on if they’re unable to provide them with a service.

Patient health is put into the hands of receptionists and they may have relevant training, however something is a miss when there are no appointments available at 08:40am for children.

Is the practice over subscribed or is the triage process not fit for purpose?

There is always an excuse, pandemic, strep A, cold season. Reassurance goes a lot further than over used excuses.

I have to say this practice has improved dramatically, no more waiting for long periods on the phone , call back is offered and it is very helpful.

I would like to say a special thank you to Angela the practice nurse , she is extremely professional, reassuring , caring and a wonderful lady who takes pride in her work.

Called up at 8am last three days to try and get an appointment for my 6 month old baby. I was told today by the receptionist to take my baby to A&E. I did this and was sent by A&E up to the urgent care unit to see a GP. I was told there was a 7 hour wait. It's disgusting that this surgery are diverting people to urgent care with such long waits when it is just to see a GP. It's also scary they will not prioritise seeing a baby!
