You can no longer see a doctor at this pracice and the average wait time to get a phone call answered is 40 minutes! Absolutely shocking. If they are that busy surely employing more staff to answer the phones would be a solution.

Absolutely terrible experience all around with this place. The waiting time on the phone, I’ve now been waiting for 40 minutes and no one is answering my call, to how rude the reception staff is, to how unhelpful the doctors are, they literally Google stuff in front of you! Been trying to book an appointment for something that needs to be sorted ASAP for 2 months now, whenever I do manage to book an appointment it gets cancelled! I wonder if anyone is actually running this place!

Really horrible. Coward GP . Not even have a heart and brain to look kids for face to face consultation. Every time telephonic advices. Government is wasting huge money on them. Wasting the public tax. Let them learn from NHS staffs who are caring patients in the hospital without any fear.

Really disappointed with this surgery, having moved to the area temporarily I attempted to get medical advice as a temporary resident and they refused despite being required to help me. I wouldn’t recommend this practice at all.

They discriminate against full time workers who have to keep office hours. I have been told by both 111 and a pharmacist I need to see a doctor. The surgery have refused to make me an appointment unless I call at 8am, which is not possible for me. Therefore leaving me with A&E as my only option and the ridiculous choice of either 1) go to A&E now when it is not appropriate, or 2) risk my health by waiting until the infection is an emergency and using A&E.

Terrible, never had a problem with reception, but trying to get any help from this place is like banging your head against bullet proof glass and hoping to break it.

Nothing ever gets done of any real importance, its not hard getting bloods, but if you want to get anywhere else involving a health issue, they throw you medication and hang up the phone.

You have a better chance of Doctor google helping you than these doctors.

I have been with this practice less than a year. In that time i have had 6 occasions where my monthly medication hasn't been prescribed, one occasion where additional medication that i don't take was prescribed. The reception team expect you to be a mind reader as they never call to let you know there's an issue with medication (I must add here that the surgery uses a voicemail to order medication so the
onus is on them to let you know if there is an issue.) I've had appointments made for the wrong day that's when i can get an appointment at all. The practice manager is elusive to say the least. If you have the option to avoid this practice I would highly recommend that you do!

Rude staff. Came here today and rang the door buzzer with no response (door is currently locked due to covid which is fair), nobody answered so I rang the buzzer again after a 3 minute wait just in case there was nobody at the desk and instead I got a rude response from a member of staff (old woman with glasses and grey hair) lecturing me that she was busy on the phone and I should be patient as they are very busy.

How am I supposed to know that? I cannot see through walls, how do I know you weren’t out of the reception or didn't hear it? Very rude. Doctors are great but the receptionists are terrible.
