Great GP surgery. The reception staff are super polite and so efficient at their work. I'm often available to get an appointment the same day! Keep up the good work.

The receptionists were super polite.
The Gp listened to my problems and offered me the scans that will diagnose my problem.
I have been given hope and that is all one can ask for is hope and dignity when having a medical problem.
So rest assured I am so glad to be part of this practice.

There service is amazing. Alison and Mary, They are the best, always delighted to see them. Mary always put a smile on my face while attentive to my needs. A big thank you.

My consultant ( Dr. S) was personable, informative and kind. He did not make me feel like an idiot for not understanding or not being able to describe my symptoms properly. I wish he didn't have to press on my bone so hard though....it caused me a lot of pain afterwards.

Recently moved to the area and have had a couple of interactions including my first appointment today. All really good so far, so thought I'd post a review since I been worried it would be bad based on reviews here.

I have always had a really positive experience. I’ve got a phone call and in person appointment the same day as request and the doctors have been incredibly attentive and caring.

Would rate zero but there seem to be better doctors and nurses there now. Main issues are the Reception staff, their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy.

They are rude and abrupt in person and on the phone (when they do answer), have conversations with colleagues while they’re dealing with you on the phone, their language and conduct leave a lot to be desired.

Their COVID check-in is lax. I sat in reception for 20 minutes before I asked if the nurse would call me when she’s ready. I was then abruptly told that I should have checked in and had my temperature taken. I was the only one sat in reception for 20 minutes and they didn’t approach me or speak to me. Not everything is obvious!

Previous poor experience with the reception staff include my repeat prescription not being authorised by the GP and so was told my medication had been refused with no explanation. If I hadn’t checked if my meds were ready at the pharmacy I would never have known. The meds needed are to treat a pulmonary embolism which can be fatal.
