Ambrose Avenue Group Practice

Absolutely shocking! I would have rated this place lower than 1 star if it was possible. Rude and incompetent doesn’t even come close to describing the level of service at this surgery by the doctor and the reception/administration staff. I have only been registered with this surgery for a month and I have had to contact them several times every week to try to rectify mistakes they have made.

Honestly, it is such a shame that I have to write a negative review about this surgery.
I was a member of the original practice on Ambrose Avenue, which I never had an issue with, up until I was 18 years old and had to move else where.
I was honestly hoping that my nostalgia was met with their new premesis but it wasn't.
Although I have 0 issues with the staff, the practice is run SO poorly, and as someone with mental difficulties it is not suited to me at all.
I have been met time and time again with pure dissapointment at how this practice is run.
I am now moving to a different surgery in hopes that it is run better than this.

Wouldn’t recomend this practice they say they book you in for a appointment you then turn up to be told
No you’ve been booked at the other practise (not something you need when your closest is 40 min walk) this has happened several times. I am very disappointed with the service I’ve received I am thinking about changing docters to somewhere slightly further afield but at least when I book appointments I should get seen rather then turnt away several times…. What a waste of time
