Parrock Street Surgery Ltd (GP)

Really care about their patients, they look after the patient's mum and dad too! We have never had any experience but good here. Nigel and the team were great when our cat had cancer and died 3 years ago. They were also very efficient in getting a vet hospital referral done when our current cat had a urinary blockage. You cannot put a price on good veterinary care, the experienced, knowledgeable, personal touch.

I should I give no stars at all, this Doctor Shah is the worst Dr I have ever been to. He has been rude to me on several occasions and has never taken seriously what I have said to him or whatever I have been concerned about. Just appealing service, the doctor has no clue, I don't know who gave him the position of a Dr, he can not do his job right! Though the nurse I have been to has been nice and helpful.

Dr Shah is probably the best GP I have ever seen helpful friendly and he works long hours and is a very good doctor. The reception staff are excellent most helpful and friendly always answer the phone promptly this practice runs like a well oiled machine thank you to all the staff 👍

I would give 0 stars if I could. Dr Shar SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING anymore! He has misdiagnosed my 5.5year old too many times!! He prescribed a reliever pump for her asthma (at the time we didn't have a diagnosis) as an ex carer I thought that was odd but put my faith in him. He then finally prescribed a preventer pump and told me over the phone that "if she had the preventer to start off with, this could have been prevented!" HE WAS THE GP WHO PRESCRIBED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! Absolutely disgraceful! We have moved GP surgeries now!

Dr Shar needs to be inprisoned and struck of ignoring my dad's complaint of mass wait loss claiming he had a urine infection my dad died last night due to the fact Dr Shar did not send him to be checked witch ment it wasn't stopped from spreading I avoid this doctors at all cost the surgery refuses to deal with this matter gmc is involved

This man should be struck off he told me to look for another practice if I didn't like his decision and wouldn't arrange for an appointment cos he didn't have any details from my old surgery after 3 years he's a joke after being a doctor for 43 years 😳

Unfortunately think its time for Dr Shah to retire. He has become unbelievablely rude and arrogant towards patients over the years and doesn't take patients opinion or feelings into account at all. Have been told to find another gp if I don't like it. Very poor attitude.
