Triangle Surgery.

I have been at the surgery since moving to London 18 months ago. They have been nothing but brilliant this whole time. From post-op recovery with the nurses to getting referrals from the GPs they have been amazing. Haven’t had issues getting through for appointments either and the reception team are so friendly and efficient unlike in other surgeries I’ve had experience with. Special mention to those working on reception for sure - brilliant!

If there was an option to leave zero stars - I would. They have zero regard for their patients, I wonder how they are still open? Every time i speak to them I wonder where our NIC money are going, with the same amount of tax I could be paying for a VERY good private insurance.
All these doctors do is prescribe antibiotics or say to take painkillers, without understanding the cause of problem or diagnosing patients.

Honestly this has never been a great practice, but had a few good individuals working there. But they’ve now left and the people who work there don’t seem to care. Hard to make an appointment, when you get one it feels like you’re going back in time to a bad place. Nothing to recommend this place.

Poor service can not get through on phone can not see a Dr or make an appointment no follow regarding my high blood pressure nor routine blood checks, my two sons have not been contacted for a follow up check up regarding there bloods or diabetes for iver two years, would not recommend this practice as they allow people health to fall and forget about people easily

My recent experience with Triangle Surgery is nothing but disappointing. My 3 samples went missing which may probably could understand but staff approach really make me write a poor review. I was told I probably forgot drop sample at the second attempt. Last time I was lied by receptionist my results are in the system only to discover during phone call consultation that there is no results whatsoever. I was told complain form has finished...

I’m disgusted by how unprofessional one of the receptionist staff has just been. If you’re not able to handle speaking with ill patients on the phone then why are you working at a GP surgery?

It’s a shame I’ve been coming here since I was born. The service has really changed and standards have lowered. It’s a shame that I can’t even have my flu jab which I’ve been having for years at this surgery, even though I’m considered vulnerable. It’s now January and I was told to look for another place to have my flu and to call back the next day to book an appointment to my doctor in the next 2 weeks!

Called at 8am as advised (on hold for approx 10 minutes), Dr called me at 0930 and picking up prescription right away. Great service, thank you
