Pool Medical Centre

Lovely practice, clean, helpful, been with them for about 5 years or more since the other Studley practice closed down. The doctors there (especially Dr Fullerton and Dr Purser) are very kind and patient and take their time to help you as best that they can even though they are probably massively overworked (like most GP's). Would recommend to anyone in the Studley area.

They have been amazing throughout the covid times. I’m a carer for my mother & several times I have needed telephone appointments etc. The phone system works really well. Every doctor who has phoned me back has been helpful thorough and kind. The receptionists have also been really helpful & accommodating too! We’ve been with this practice for many years and I think it’s the best it’s ever been & I’ve always thought it was good.

Recently had to use surgery for the first time .Experience was excellent, .prompt telephone call with on call doctor with face to face follow up.Doctor was compassionate and approachable. Fantastic service.

I transferred to pool medical centre when I moved to the area earlier in the year and I have to say every time I’ve needed them they’ve been just nothing but fantastic. Every time I’ve needed a doctor I’ve managed to get an appointment on the same day, there was one occasion I needed a face to face and it was no problem at all, they got me booked in straight away. Most recently, I spoke to a doctor about my morning sickness as I’ve been suffering during my pregnancy and he was so helpful, understanding and kind, and prescribed me medication. I also rang a receptionist a bit later on that day to check something and she was just so polite and friendly, and sorted it for me immediately. I was previously at a different practice and I often came off the phone quite upset as the doctors were sometimes rude, rushed me off the phone or just spoke down to me and made me feel worse. I’ve been so happy so far with the care at this doctors so thank you.

Great practice, I have been coming in for roughly 8 weeks after having an operation and all the staff have been amazing. Especially everyone in reception trying to sort out all my appointments and help me with prescription. A big massive shoutout to nurse Sally Timmins, she has been my main nurse and has been great, very chatty and always making an effort!

A big thank you to all the staff at Pool Medical Centre and especially the Doctor I have just had an appointment with today Friday 21st October. She was very, very through and extreemly helpful, all this was very much appreciated. A brilliant vist in total.

I changed my GP to pool medical centre recently. The best dision I have made , it is a pleasure to visit this practice, reception staff are lovely very friendly, the nurse that I saw was delightful made me feel completely at ease ,the health care assistant was also very friendly , I would certainly recommend this practice, not yet met the GPS, but am reasured by family members that they are very professional and do a wonderful job , Thankyou all at pool medical studley x
