Worst Doctors surgery around! Avoid at all costs! Leaked private medical records to people who had no need in viewing them! Make it hard work to get any medication that you need! Don’t produce repeat prescriptions as they should! Leave you in pain or Unwell for days on end with no actual response! Reception staff are rude and unhelpful, but im not surprised being treated by the dr as a boss! Absolutely disgusting! If you want a dr to see you, your better off looking elsewhere!

The surgery are looking after my mum. They are prompt to answer calls. Polite and helpful, GP very nice and explains everything we need to know. We would recommend.

This medical practice is very very unprofessional and a disgrace to the medical precession. Specifically talking about the clinicians and Dr Shashikanth, after me being violently sick due to a prescription they gave me, they refuse to give me one that doesn’t contain penicillin. Even though I ended up in the hospital for the second time due to them prescribing me this medication, they told me to keep taking it. This is just the tip of the iceberg with these peopl, my whole family one by one have had issues with this doctor and his practice and all separately have had to find a new practice further from our home. Every single one of my neighbours have changed practice on separate occasions due to the ignorance and abuse they have devices from this Dr Shaikanthn

Been with this doctors for many years. I never used to go to the doctors but the last few years I’ve had no choice. I’ve had nothing but trouble with them since. You ring up and the receptionists are rude. I went to see the doctor and basically told me I have no reason to be depressed at 22. Someone my age shouldn’t have depression. Told me to basically get over family members that I’ve lost when The appointment wasn’t for depression it was for something else. I came out feeling worse then what I went in.

They don’t have good people skills at all. There tone and manner towards people is disgraceful.

Trying to get an appointment is hard work they always say they are booked but when you go there it’s empty.

They never run on time so it’s pointless giving appointment times.

I asked to see a different doctor and was told there weren’t one.

When dealing with someone that had depression your manner and tone should change in how you talk to someone.

I’ve now changed my doctors all together and I couldn’t be happier.

They should do half stars because this doctor surgery doesn’t even deserve a star

Careless Staff. Lost documents twice for my registration. Kept me on long holds and told me they will call back. And never did. Waited for 4 weeks to only get registered. Awful.Worst staff and almost stupid doctors. Prescribed me steroids when i never needed them. Playing with peoples life. Dr Shashi is the worst. Rude doctors and inhumane receptionists

The almost awful surgery I’ve ever been signed up to. All the receptionists are terrible, so rude and incompetent. The nurses? Don’t get me started, can’t even administer common injections without messing it up. The Drs literally avoid you, anything to not do any work. Awful, awful, awful. They’re so bad, no idea how they’re still open and honestly want to escalate this practise for negligence. Awful people, don’t care about their patients at all - racist & in it for the money.

Not sure why this lovely practice has received so many bad reviews.
People seem to write reviews only when they want to moan about things and don't bother to write about the good things and the hard work of others.
I have been in contact with this practice on a few occasions and my experience has always been great. I have found the reception staff very polite and courteous. My concerns regarding my father has always been addressed promptly. Cant recall the main GP partner's name but he is so knowledgable and caring. This is a really good practice in my opinion.

Normally not a frequent visitor to Surgery, but came in to get my elderly mom get registered to the Surgery and get NHS number with Omicron looming at large. Staff especially Niluka and Harjit did the needful very promptly. Even safety netted my mother if anything is needed in future to get back to them. Very kind experience. Many thanks, Dr Anand
