It is a shame because these reviews will be probably based on the receptionists. The Doctors were usually very good. When I need to see a Doctor it was always difficult to get an appointment, sometimes I was told there was nothing available for over a week, unhelpful receptionists, phone system is not user friendly. Changed to a different practice now and the difference is remarkable.

The best GP Surgery without a doubt. From Drs, Nurses and reception staff absolutely 1st rate. We have been looked after very well and are very lucky to have a good GP Surgery.

Excellent service from the Village practice, I can not speak highly enough re the service & treatment I have received from the receptionist, nurses & the doctors. I want to let all you guys know you are really special to me. Thank you all, I would give you more stars if ii could.

Bit of a joke, never seen anyone anywhere close to given time, I get they're sometimes busy but dont give times out when cannot fulfill. Reception unhelpful more than once even laughing at myself, practice manager sends pointless waste of money letters but never for requirements. Etc etc

Has gone rapidly downhill this last year. I would consider changing if I could find a better one locally.

Don't believe the "We will call you back if there is a problem with your prescription" in the recorded message Option 2 for repeat prescriptions. I got my car out, drove to Pharmacy, waited 15 minutes for NOTHING.... only to be told at Reception that I had ordered too early..... this, having explained that I was ordering early because my prescription was due between Christmas and New Year. Now I have to order Monday 20th and be lucky if my script will be ready by Christmas Eve. Not happy. At 76 I don't want this hassle during Christmas week.

Got messaged to call the surgery and book a Covid Vaccination but can't get through/no one answers the phone number they told me to call. I actually called over 40 times so it's not like I didn't try
