Amazing doctors, seem 2 have 2 make far to many appointments for me or my sons! Always fit us in and have had a couple of emergencies (gallbladder attack) where the dr checked me over straight away, feel so lucky to have this surgery

Doctor Rooney what a star he has helped me through a very nasty Asthma attack and an associated COPD problem. His treatment is very personal and very caring. Please do not let him go.

Northiam surgery has been my GP practice since I was 6 months old. I had Dr Cartoll until I was in my twenties and have had Dr Parnell since. I've never had to wait more than a day for an appointment but more often than not am seen the same day. Prompted to write this having just had a phone consult with Dr Parnell from my holidays in Peru - absolutely fantastic service.

Very friendly and well organised. Also dispense medicines if needed. Plenty of parking.

Update October 2020:
I would like to add that during the Covid pandemic the surgery has provided very good service, from repeat prescriptions to consultation online and in person as well as i well organised flu jab event.

The GPs and nurses are amazing. Especially the new GP Gillespie. However the receptionists are unhelpful, borderline rude. I sometimes am too scared to call because they are so difficult to deal with. A miserable lot. They let a wonderful surgery down.

I saw Dr Shar today who was the locumdoctor for Dr Parnell while she was on summer holiday. Although I missed my usual doctor, I was so impressed by him. He had a system of working which was great. He had his computer set up high so he could stand up while working. This gave him freedom to move around a bit when explaining the problems I have with my neck. This also gave me a sense of more freedom, energy and connectivity in the room, which is needed in these short allotted times of GP appointments. Thank you.

Can not reccomend this surgery highly enough. Everyone has been extremely professional, kind and understanding,especially in these difficult times. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have such an amazing facility nearby.

Congratulations to your practice for having a member of staff with so much clarity, manners and respect. Members of staff like Miss A Fowler is a credit to your practice.
