If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgusting excuse of a doctors surgery. If you are a patient here expect hours on hold, promised calls back that never happen, rude staff, threats, no active chasing for resolution for illnesses that require treatment and to never see the same doctor more than once. Vile institution. 3 hours on hold just to speak to the receptionist and then you get to number 2 in the queue and the call disconnects. The app doesn’t have ANY appointments on. Should be shut down.

We should be allowed to give minus stars . This is not a doctors surgery it's a lottery. Arrange prescriptions not sent then they say doctors didn't sign them. It's Friday they say it will be ready in half hour on a long weekend not open again until Tuesday and still not done prescription now no medication until then. Now what do we do.

Wouldn’t even give this surgery 1 star I call in the morning for emergency appointment to be on the phone for over hour and then be told the doctor will call me regarding my results regarding blood test results can never get appointments or referral to see specialist team so you end up in hospital due to your doctor surgery not giving you emergency appointment or refer you worse surgery ever been with

Family have two bad experiences with this surgery. Our daughter has been complaining of a lump on her neck, we contacted the surgery several times and had telephone consultation but my daughter was not referred for further check up. We persisted that she sees a doctor and eventually we had phone consultation with a locum doctor and they agreed to send her to a hospital where she was eventually diagnosed with a cancer. She is currently under going treatments for it. On second occasion, my son has been complaining of tummy ache and each time he contacted the surgery they refused to see him and gave him advice and prescription of Movicol on the phone. When the pain became unbearable we took him to Urgent care at a hospital where a cyst the size of a watermelon filled with fluid was discovered in his tummy. It took three surgical operations to completely remove the cyst. He is now still recovering from the operations.

Worst GP Surgery in London I would say. Very unprofessional and rude. Getting an appointment here is like impossible. You go in person they say NO. Online NO, over the Phone even if you are 2nd or 3rd caller in the queue, they says all the appointments for the day are gone and you have to try another day !

Impossible to get an appointment. When you do you’ll accept anything just to be seen. My appointment was at 12:10 it is currently 1pm and still not have been seen, I’m on my lunch break. There is about 8 people in the staff room including doctors and nurses discussing which fizzy drink is the nicest, I feel as though they must have more pressing issues to be discussing. Was told by the Practice Manager I will be next to be seen this was 20 minutes ago. I find it very strange someone had been in the consulting room for 30 mins as whenever I see a doctor I’m told I’m only allowed to discuss 1 issue and they can only have me in there for 10 minutes. Cannot wait to move house and change GPs this place is awful - DO NOT JOIN AS A NEW PATIENT

This surgery needs to change their nurses. The nurse Stella doesn't know the health &safety rules. She does not know what is hygiene & what not.before vaccine she teared some white tape & stick on the table ,then those tape she again stick on her hand. After that she gave injection to my baby & used those tape on my baby's skin.l was shocked what she did in this corona virus time. A GP nurse doesn't know the hygiene and unhygienic difference.what a shame. She also doesn't know how to speak with a baby before giving her an injection. Their behaviour make people scared. They should start a nursing course again.
